Your main responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
- Act as a liaison with various local Regulators and/or Authorities;
- Monitor, and where possible facilitate, the implementation of the Improvement Programme;
- Carry out compliance reviews against environmental permits and applicable legislation;
- Assist in the preparation of reports, data compilation and interpretation;
- Participate in training, if and when required, locally and abroad to fulfil the role whilst obtaining the relevant knowledge, skills and techniques.

About You
The ideal candidate should:
- Have a first degree at MQF Level 6 from a recognised university in one of the following subjects: Geography, Earth Systems, Environment, Environmental Sciences, Audit, Law, and Engineering.
- Have a minimum of two (2) years of professional experience preferably in the waste management/environmental industry;
- Be proficient in Maltese and English Language and can communicate effectively both orally and in writing;
- Be able to manage workload and meet deadlines;
- Be able to work independently as well as in a team;
- Be computer literate;
- Have a valid driving licence;
- Have valid and clean conduct.
