Your main responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
- Performing standard office procedures including scheduling appointments, processing mail, answering phone calls, typing and filing;
- Filing all documents, papers, letters, and records for quick and easy access and retrieval; to maintain and update files;
- Answering phone calls, respond to routine enquiries, take messages and direct them accordingly;
- Making proper and efficient use of office equipment;
- Tracking the progress of various assignments;
- Keeping oneself updated on company activities/products/services so as to answer enquiries in a professional manner;
- Providing clerical support to the rest of the staff as required.

About You
The ideal candidate should have:
- 5 O’levels (Grades 1-5)
- A valid & clean Police Conduct (a copy must be presented with the application)
