Your main responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
- Assisting the Professional – Mechanical Engineer/Head Engineer to take all the necessary measures to ensure the smooth operations of the daily tasks;
- Following up of tenders, contracts, reports, records, and other documentation as may be required by the managing professional;
- Assisting managing professional in filing all documents, papers, letters, and records for quick and easy access and retrieval; to maintain and update files; to ensure that all outgoing files are registered; easily traced and tagged;
- Liaising and planning accordingly with technical department to carry out scheduled and/ or corrective maintenance interventions to minimise operations disruptions as much as possible. Whenever possible, workarounds should be implemented;
- Reviewing records of equipment pre-use checklists and, where applicable, notify employees on their performance;
- Coordinating and/or give adequate training to workers and/or contractors on various procedures.

About You
The ideal candidate should have:
- A first degree at MQF Level 6 from a recognised university in a relevant discipline.
