Your main responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
- Performing standard office procedures including answering phone calls, replying to emails, ordering supplies, filing and maintaining updated files and records for traceability and easy retrieval;
- Participating in meetings where applicable;
- Tracking the progress of various assignments;
- Review weighbridge transactions pertaining to all sites as directed by management to identify anomalies/mistakes in records and to take corrective actions accordingly;
- Compiling weekly and/or monthly reports of all incoming/outgoing transactions under the employee’s responsibility;
- Providing support to the weighbridge operators in relation to the weighbridge system and the data acquisition process and to maintain certain administrative functions over the system, as directed by his/her superiors, such as giving weighbridge operators access to perform manual transactions.

About You
The ideal candidate should have:
- In possession of an MQF Level 5 qualification
OR - In possession of an MQF Level 4 qualification and 2 years related work experience
OR - 5 O'Levels - Grades 1-5 at MQF Level 3 and 3 years related work experience
Moreover the selected candidate must:
- Have a good command of English;
- Be in possession of strong written and communication skills;
- Be proficient in Microsoft Office;
- Have excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
- Be able to meet deadline and manage timeframes;
- Have a Valid & Clean Police Conduct (a Copy of must be presented with the application)
Work experience and knowledge of operations will be considered as an asset.
