Your main responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
- Supervising/carrying out the necessary preventive maintenance and corrective maintenance repairs and maintenance following the diagrams, sketches, operations manuals, training programs, and manufacturers’ specifications;
- Ensuring that the area where works are conducted is cleaned properly before and after the assigned job and correct organization of used parts and tools after completion of works;
- Performing maintenance checks during, before and after plant operations;
- Tracing technical faults, performing root cause analysis and solving problems;
- Conduct daily inspections and plan the necessary work with the plant engineer.

About You
The ideal candidate should have:
- An MQF Level 5 - Undergraduate Diploma in Foundations of Engineering or equivalent from a qualified institution with 5 years experience; OR
- An MQF Level 4 - Advanced Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent from a qualified institution with 10 years experience;
- Electrical Licence A and B.
- The ability to work on own initiative, follow Safety Standards, identify, analyse and solve problems;
- Strong leadership skills and analytical & reasoning abilities;
- A hands-on approach with an eye for detail and good workmanship quality;
- Satisfactory verbal and written communication skills in English and Maltese and be IT Literate;
- Any related work experience and supervision of a team will be considered an asset;
- A valid & clean Police Conduct (A copy must be presented with application).
